Web Design & Direction
Websites with character,built with judgment.
I design and direct clear, visually strong websites built around each business's actual goal: more inquiries, more bookings, more trust. You bring the business; I bring the direction, the strategy, and a site that does its job.
Ten brands. Ten different problems.
Every project starts from real sector research, a strategic brief, and its own visual direction — no two share a template. That's exactly what a client is buying: a site designed for their business, not adapted from someone else's.
About these projects: all ten brands are fictional, developed as complete case studies — sector research, strategy, bilingual content, visual direction, and build — to show real range without exposing confidential client work. The process is exactly what a real client receives.
Design judgment, not just software
I didn't come into web design through code. My background is in graphic and UI design — freelance work and hands-on employment building interfaces and visual systems — which is why every site starts as a design problem first: what does this business need to say, and what does a visitor need to feel and do, before a single page gets built.
Alongside that, I've worked professionally as an audiovisual producer and photographer, collaborating with established brands on the kind of visual work that actually runs in advertising and marketing campaigns. That work taught me, first-hand, what makes a brand's image feel credible and consistent — not just polished, but usable across everything a business puts in front of its customers.
That combination shows up in every project: an eye trained on real commercial work, a designer's sense of structure, and enough business instinct to keep each site focused on the result it's there to produce — more inquiries, more bookings, more trust in the business behind it.
You're not buying software. You're buying the judgment to decide what your site should say, how it should look, and whether it will actually do its job.
What I build
Every project starts with a conversation, not a price list. The figures below are a starting point for scoping — your quote depends on what the site actually needs to do.
Strategic Landing Page
From $650One focused page built around a single goal — bookings, inquiries, or sign-ups. Right for a business that needs one thing to work really well.
Custom Corporate Website
From $1,200A multi-page site — home, about, services, contact, and more — built to represent an established business with the credibility it's earned offline.
Online Store
From $1,800A store built on a reliable, standard e-commerce platform for a defined product catalog — not bespoke software.
Ongoing Care Plan
From $80/moMonthly content updates, backups, uptime checks, and support — scoped to how much your site actually needs.
Also available, scoped precisely
Setup and basic administration of business email accounts on your domain.
Content updates, backups, uptime checks, and ongoing support.
A regular summary of traffic, inquiries, overall performance, and what was done.
Initial setup (titles, descriptions, structure) and ongoing basic optimization — a foundation for organic visibility, not a guarantee of rankings.
Status reviews, updates, and security best practices — not a security audit or a guarantee.
What I don't take on yet: custom integrations, bespoke software, or complex e-commerce builds. If a project needs that, I'll say so upfront and point you toward the right kind of partner instead of overselling what I can deliver.
How we'll work together
Discovery conversation
We talk through your business, your customers, your goals, and what's currently getting in the way. No commitment — it's the foundation for everything else.
Strategy & structure
We define what the site needs to communicate, its pages, the visitor's path through it, and the calls to action that matter.
Visual direction
I translate your brand's personality into a clear, professional visual proposal — before a single page gets built.
Build & review
The site gets built, its functions tested, and refined together with you before anything goes live. Nothing ships without your approval.
Launch & ongoing support
We set up domain, email, and analytics — then maintain and improve the site based on what actually happens once it's live.
Tell me about your business
Send a short note about what you do and what you need the site to accomplish. I reply within 1–2 business days.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time, so every project gets real attention.
